This type of coaching offers an immersive experience to foster growth and healing with a focus on mind, body, energy and self-love. In a safe environment you are able to explore hypersensitivity, sexuality and intimacy, where my trauma-informed approach facilitates you with trust and confidence. This journey gives you an insight of acceptance, allowing you to feel supported and guided in your relationships, family and decision making. My methods include talking, movement, breath, sound and emotions to foster an attitude of mindfulness and self-love.
