Saturday & Sunday morning we start with yoga to feel rejuvenated and fresh for a full day of dancing.
Bina's vinyasa flow guides you into your body. Her practice is a blend of deep stretches, challenging asanas and working on your core power. If you need it more gentle, there are always easier variations.
