This one-day immersion invites you into the artful meeting of Shibari, Tantra, and Embodiment Dance, a sacred container where power dynamics transform into pathways of intimacy, awareness, and loving connection.

Together, Bina Taverna and Jonny Driscoll, both experienced facilitators will guide you through practices that fuse ritual, rope, dance, and temple arts.

The Journey

• With Bina Taverna – Drawing from her training and experience in Shibari, Tantra, and global temple traditions, Bina creates a field of trust, consent, and somatic awareness. Through ropes, ritual, and touch, she opens doorways into surrender, vulnerability, and embodied empowerment.

• With Jonny Driscoll – Long-time facilitator of Embodiment and Zouk, Jonny brings the language of movement, presence, and connection. His approach invites participants to explore the dance of polarity, and what that means through body awareness and body control. His experience in creating heart-centered intimacy through authentic movement paves a safe foundation for exploring power.

• Sacred Power Dynamics – Embody the polarity of leading and surrendering, giving and receiving, dominance and devotion.

• Temple Arts – Rooted in ISTA’s lineage of integrating body, heart, and spirit, you’ll explore ceremony, ritual, and community practices that awaken authenticity and depth.

• Ropes & Dance – Rope work as meditation and movement as liberation, discover how both can rewire patterns, ignite play, and unlock new dimensions of intimacy.

• Shared Meal  – We'll share a light healthy meal together before entering the evening activities.

• Temple Night Ritual – The day culminates in a co-created evening ritual, weaving everything into a sacred celebration of presence, eros, and connection.
