The workshop includes:

• Learning about the tantric polarities of light/dark and masculine/feminine

• Tantric polarity massage

• Emotional and physical safety

• Small sessions with each other, including role reversal

The massage focuses on the yin (feminine) and yang (masculine) polarities.

And we explore the contrasts of light and darkness.

Often, the darker polarities within us are met with shame or guilt.

We are taught to suppress these parts, to hide them, or to judge them.

But what if these aspects are not wrong, just misunderstood?

What if there is beauty in consciously meeting and embodying them?

In this workshop, we create a space where you can gently explore and integrate both your light and your dark.

Where you can learn that, when met with awareness and consent, even your darker erotic energy can become a source of depth, truth, and aliveness.

You will be able to give and receive Tantric touch and learn how to create a safe space for your partner to connect authentically.

The Tantric massage doesn't include yoni or lingam massage or full nudity to ensure that everybody feels comfortable.

In a perspective of personal development, this workshop is designed for you to step out of your comfort zones and encourages you to overcome fears, release shame, and question your patterns in how you relate to others and yourself.
