Shibari is the traditional Japanese art of bondage.

In this tantric Shibari class, you will learn the basic techniques of Japanese bondage art, including basic knots, risk assessment and communication skills between partners. You will be guided through tantric exercises to deeply connect with your own essence and others. Elements such as massage, conscious touch, sound and movement will be part of this journey.

The workshop emphasizes the importance of consent and conscious touch and encourages participants to stand up for their boundaries and express their desires.

Overall, the Shibari workshop provides a supportive environment for individuals to connect with their partners in a meaningful way.

There is no nudity or sexuality in the workshop.

Individuals or couples/friends are welcome. No previous experience is required.

Investment: 127 CHF (110 CHF two weeks before the workshop).
