Shibari Workshop at Burning Mountain Festival

Shibari is the Japanese art of bondage. The workshop will happen at the Burning Mountain Festival in the pristine Swiss Alps. Through the art of tight binding, we can reach realms of the unconscious and access emotions. A beautiful connection and energetical dance between the two polarities who are tying can unfold. I will demonstrate basic shibari knots and work with consent, domination, and submission. Of course, there will also be guidance on physical and emotional safety. Participants will have the chance to give each other small sessions and experience both roles. There will be a lot of room to experiment and play. The environment is a safe(r) and loving space where people can dive into their desires in the world of shibari. We encourage our participants to speak up for their boundaries and express their wishes. No previous experience is required and if you don't have shibari ropes yet, I am happy to provide you with some. There is no nudity in the space. You can come on your own or with a partner with whom you would like to share this experience.
