Shibari & Tantra Weekend for Beginners in Zurich

SHIBARI & TANTRA WEEKEND

This retreat includes:

• Shibari tying techniques
• Tantric exercises & massage
• Physical & emotional safety
• Small sessions with each other, including role reversal
• Snacks, coffee & tea throughout the day

We are happy to welcome you to our conscious Shibari weekend and look forward to two full days of playfulness, connection and exploration. This exploration is suitable for beginners in the field of Shibari or Tantra. If you have experience already, we can give you more advanced techniques. There will be a second more advanced retreat as an optional continuation of this one in November. 

We will learn the most important Shibari knots and practice respecting our own and other's boundaries, and teach the aspects to physical and emotional safety. We give inputs on tantra, conscious leadership and surrender, and show small demonstrations to stimulate your inspiration. There will be of room for play and exploration.

We want to create a safe space, where curiosity, beauty and connection can unfold.

You can come with your partners, friends or as an individual. Both beginners and experienced are welcome.

The space is limited to a small and intimate group. To make sure that good vibes prevail, please write a few lines about yourself and your motivation in the registration form.

We have a lunch break and some smaller breaks in between.

Transportation:

Public transport works very well in Switzerland. You can check trains and busses at sbb.ch

Accommodation:

The accommodation is not included. There is the possibility to sleep in the venue, if you bring your own sleeping bag/blanket for 40CHF/night. Otherwise you can book your own private accommodation individually closeby to Sihl13. Contact me for details.
