About the event

POWER DYNAMICS & SHIBARI: EXPLORING PAIN & PLEASURE ✨ What you’ll experience:

• Power play, pain & pleasure

• Conscious leadership & surrender

• Emotional & physical safety

• Shibari sessions with role reversal

• Handout for home practice

In this workshop, we explore power, leadership and surrender through rope practice. We reshape dominance and submission into the concepts of leading and following—similar to partner dancing.

Through guided exercises, you will explore new ways of relating, expand your patterns, and experiment with new roles in a grounded and consensual environment.

You’ll have space to practice in a safe, supportive container with clothes on and no sexual involvement.

No prior experience required.
