Three energies that shape relationships, direction, confidence, visibility, creation, and the way we stand in the world.

And yet most people were never taught how to meet them consciously. 

Some suppress them. 

Some chase them. 

Some feel secretly ruled by them.

This retreat is an initiation into relating to these forces with awareness, not through repression or indulgence, but through truth, embodiment, and maturity.

Who it is for

This retreat is open to anyone who is ready to look within.

You may already walk a spiritual path, lead others, hold a family, or simply feel that something essential is missing in the way you relate to sex, money, or power.

This retreat is especially for those who feel that these forces are present in their lives but not yet fully integrated.

For the masculine, this may mean learning how to stand in strength without hardness, and how to meet sexuality and money without fear or confusion.

For the feminine, this may mean healing the fear of being judged when stepping into visibility, desire, wealth, or influence and learning how to stand in power without betraying softness, truth, or heart.

And for everyone, this retreat is a chance to understand how masculine and feminine approaches to these forces differ and how they can come into deeper harmony instead of conflict.

What this training is about

Over seven days you will enter deep inner work to:

● Explore your hidden beliefs about money, power and sexuality.

● Transform shame and fear into awareness and strength.

● Learn tantric and meditative practices that expand your capacity to hold and navigate energy.

● Understand the different ways masculine and feminine conditioning shape your relationship to money, sex, and power.

● Learn to stand in your power without losing your heart.

● Meet these forces not as enemies, but as energies that can become mature, embodied, and life-serving.

● Reclaim a more conscious relationship to leadership, visibility, desire, and creation.

● This is not a purely psychological seminar. It is a field of transformation, where teachings, rituals, embodiment practices & feminine and masculine polarities meet in one living process.

You will experience

• Daily morning meditations to ground and expand your energy.

• Tantric and therapeutic processes to work with sexual energy consciously.

• Deep inquiry sessions about your relationship to money, power and visibility.

Bina Taverna Bina is a Shibari & Tantra facilitator with experience for a decade. She has a diverse background in sexological bodywork, coaching, kundalini, BDSM, breathwork, polarity integration, and embodiment practices. She creates spaces that invite exquisite presence for transformational work. She dances between the polarities of the light and the dark.

Her offerings provide space for emotional expression, self-love and personal growth, transforming blockages and finding inner power and purpose. Her trauma-sensitive approach creates the safety for vulnerability unfold to explore the depths of our being in a more raw and intimate way.

We have a lunch break and some smaller breaks in between.  Snacks will be provided by us, lunch and dinner you will bring yourself.

Accommodation: 

The accommodation is not included. There is the possibility to sleep in the venue, which is a yoga studio if you bring your own sleeping gear for 30CHF/night. If you choose to stay at the venue, purchase a ticket for all the nights you will stay at the venue. Otherwise you can check AirBnBs that are close by to YogaCorner.

Transportation: 

Public transport works very well in Switzerland. You can check trains and busses at sbb.ch

The closest train station is Schlieren.

Who is this training NOT for?

This retreat is for those who are truly ready to step into a deeper relationship with sexuality, money, and power.

However, you need full commitment.

If you plan to arrive late or leave early — please don’t come.

If you are not willing to meet yourself honestly — this retreat is not for you.

It is for those who are ready to step in.

Do I need previous experience in personal development?

You don't need any previous experience however, you will be able to dive deeper if you already bring some experience in the field and know how to regulate your nervous system.

What language is the training in?

Whole training is held in English with German translation.

Can you help me with the transportation to the venue?

Yes, the venue is easily reached by public transport, car or taxi.

The closest train station is Schlieren, Zürich (check sbb.ch)

Can I join alone or only with a partner?

You can sign up as an individual or as a couple. 

Are there reduced tickets available?

If your finances are tight, there are 3 scholarship tickets available at a reduced rate.
