This retreat is a living initiation into the polarities of human wholeness.

Shadow and light.

Unconscious and conscious.

Body and soul.

Over two immersive days, we enter a ritual field woven from Tantra, Shibari, and psychology, exploring Eros not as performance or peak experience, but as a devotional path back to Self.

This is not about technique alone.

This is a temple of embodiment.

The Journey We Enter

Day 1: Descent

The Underworld Temple

We begin by going down.

Into the body.

Into the unconscious.

Into the places where Eros and Psyche have always been inseparable.

The first day is devoted to the dark polarity, the divinity in our flesh and embodied matter, our primal nature and sexuality. The hidden, instinctual layers and shadows of the psyche.

Through somatic ritual, conscious Shibari, tantric practices, and psychological inquiry, we create a playground where the body itself becomes a site of prayer.

At night, we will enter a reverent space and dive into the mysteries of the underworld temple.

Where we let our bodies and psychies meet in our most raw and authentic way.

Here, we explore

 • devotional prayer to the mysteries through the body

 • shadow work as a gateway to aliveness

 • how Eros lives in the nervous system and the unconscious

 • how desire, fear, power, and surrender shape our inner world

We remember that we need both Eros and Psyche to feel whole.

Nothing is rejected. Nothing is rushed.

We listen to what has been waiting to be felt.

Day 2: Ascension

From Unconscious to Conscious

From the depths, we rise.

The second day is devoted to light, integration, and rebirth, bringing what was revealed in the dark into conscious embodiment and lived presence.

We go on an inquiry about what our soul purpose is.

This day is designed to help you find clarity and direction for your life. 

Through ecstatic dance, celebration, movement, ritual, and devotional practices, we allow life force to reorganize naturally.

Drawing on IFS and transpersonal perspectives, we invite all parts of the personality to gather around the embodied Self, rooted not only in psychology, but in soul, heart, and presence.

This day is about

 • moving from unconscious patterns into conscious choice

 • rebirth through embodiment and celebration

 • clarifying soul purpose beyond fragmentation

 • devotion as a lived and embodied state

We close in prayer, not to transcend the human, but to inhabit it fully.

The Field We Hold

Tantra opens pathways of life force, devotion, and presence.

Shibari becomes a somatic ritual language of containment, trust, and polarity.

Psychology offers maps for integration and brings light to your shadows.

Together, they create a field where

Bina Taverna 

She is a Shibari & Tantra facilitator with experience for a decade. She has a diverse background in bodywork, sexological bodywork, coaching, kundalini, BDSM, breathwork, polarity integration, dance and movement practices. She creates spaces that invite exquisite presence for transformational work. She dances between the polarities of the light and the dark and the ecstasy of diving into the mysteries.

Her offerings provide space for emotional expression, self-love and personal growth, transforming blockages and finding inner power and purpose. Her trauma-sensitive approach creates the safety for vulnerability unfold to explore the depths of our being in a more raw and intimate way.

Simon Reuter

Simon is a psychological psychotherapist (M.Sc.), couples and sex therapist, tantrika, yogi, and expert in holistic trauma healing. Above all, he is a father, partner, and son of this earth. Based on his fascination with the complexity of human experience, he creates spaces that lead individuals into the depths of their inner soul landscape. Simon loves this planet and seeks ways for us to live in harmony with each other and nature. His mission is to accompany people as they explore their unique multidimensional, multigenerational, mystical, and deeply human experience.

Schedule: 

Saturday 12:00-22:00

Sunday 10:00-17:00

We have a lunch break and some smaller breaks in between. Snacks will be provided by us, please bring your own meals.

You can sign up as an individual or as a couple. 

You don't need any previous experience in Tantra, Shibari or Psychology, however, you will be able to dive deeper if you already bring some experience in the field and know how to regulate your nervous system.

The first 5 sign-ups have access to the early bird price.
