SHIBARI & TANTRA WEEKEND

We are happy to welcome you to our conscious Shibari weekend and look forward to two full days of playfulness, connection and exploration. We use the prolonged Ascension Day weekend to maximise our stay for 4 days. 

This retreat includes:

• Shibari tying techniques
• Tantric exercises & massage
• Physical & emotional safety
•  Sessions with each other, including role reversal
• Partial or full suspension
• All meals, snacks, coffee & tea throughout the day

Early Birds until 20.2.

We will learn the most important Shibari knots and practice respecting our own and other's boundaries, and teach the aspects to physical and emotional safety. We give inputs on tantra, power dynamics, massage, and much more. There will be plenty of room for play and exploration.

This experience is designed to integrate desired transformations into your daily life. It's more than a retreat; it's a journey of self-discovery, connection, and personal development.

We look at our shadows and bring them to light. In a trauma-sensitive way, we go beyond our patterns and find new ways to connect authentically with ourselves and others.

Learn tantric exercises that deepen the understanding of energy circulation, polarities, kundalini and tantric massage. Tantra is not only about the connection with others, but also the intimacy with oneself.

This time, I will again collaborate with amazing Anna. She is experienced in various types of bodywork, tantra and BDSM. She will enrich our program with her spicy inputs.

• 13:30 Tantra Massage
• 16:00 Break
• 16:30 Tantric Shibari Sessions
• 19:00 Dinner
• 20:30 Rest & Integration, (Saturday Special Night)

We want to create a safe space, where curiosity, beauty and connection can unfold.

You can come with your partners, friends or as an individual. Both beginners and experienced are welcome.

The space is limited to a small and intimate group. To make sure that good vibes prevail, please write a few lines about yourself and your motivation in the registration form.

We will be accommodated in the beautiful lush surroundings of France (close to the Swiss boarder). The venue is an old mill, that was transformed into a beautiful seminar space. We have access to a natural pool, small rivers and a private lake. We are surrounded by green trees and a garden full of Spring flowers. 

Car sharing might be available from Switzerland if necessary. Get in touch if you need information on how to get there with public transport. We can organise a shuttle from the nearest train stations "Luxeuil Les Bains" or "Lure".
